The Ark Veterinary Surgery, phone 32639977, is situated at 589 Robinson Road, Aspley, just west of the Kirby Road roundabout. We are a small animal veterinary surgery operated by veterinarians Dr. David Marchant and Dr. Judith (Jude) Streets in Aspley, on Brisbane's northside. At The Ark we treat domestic pets (dogs, cats, birds, mice, rats, guinea pigs) in the Aspley, Carseldine, Bridgeman Downs, Geebung, West Chermside, Wavell Heights and surrounding areas. Our veterinary nurses are Steffi Kanitz, Raelene Massey, Emma Richard, and Chelsea Matthews on Saturday mornings.

We consult for all veterinary medical, surgical, dental and behavioural problems. If necessary, we refer our clients and patients to specialist surgeons (Drs. Sue Gibbons and Geoff Robins) and medical, dermatology and oncology specialists. We provide laboratory services at the surgery (CBC, blood analysis, urinalysis and cytology), but send out some samples to a large veterinary pathology laboratory for analysis. We use low-dose radiation digital radiography and ultrasound imaging techniques. Our aim is to provide top quality service to keep your pets healthy and happy, because we're for happy pets!

If you need help for an emergency during the night or at weekends, when we are not here, we will refer you to the Brisbane Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Service, phone 32649400, at the corner of Old Northern Road and Keong Road Albany Creek, or to Pet Emergency, phone 33595333, 263 Appleby Road, Stafford Heights.

We have a strong attachment to our local community and sponsor the Geebung RSL Lighthorse Support Group,  the Pine Agility Dog Sports Club, the Aspley East Primary School, the Leukaemia Foundation,  St. Dympna's School and KOTO (Know one, Teach one) Hanoi, Vietnam.
